Backup & Recovery

Not just a backup solution to cover you in a disaster:

• If you deleted something that you did not want to, we can recover it within minutes,
• Mistake found in a file, it can be recovered from a previous point in time.

• All labour relating to managing the backups, offsite replication & checking data integrity.
• Onsite Visits to re-sync the onsite appliance if required.
• Hardware & Software, and Monitor/Maintenance is included
• Call out’s on disaster recovery included at no extra cost. (We hope it doesn’t happen either!!)
• Use of a our Virtual Server in the event of a disaster.

Loss of data

Reloads latest snapshot’s from local appliance device within minutes. (If operating system has not been affected this can be done remotely)

Total loss (theft, fire etc…)

We have a virtual server awaiting for a bare-metal restore that is captured from the remote copy we hold in our Data Centre, in the event of your office being unusable, we setup your data on our virtual server so you can access your data and emails via the web working from home or where ever.

If your server is stolen then during the replacement hardware (i.e finding hard to source disks), you can use the virtual server as a temporary measure until your up and running on your own replacement server.

As long as hardware is available (yours or virtual loan) we can have you up and running within a few hours. There is a setup fee, but the hardware, software & virtual machine loan is included in the monthly subscription charge.

So, what’s not included?

Replacement Hardware in the event of a disaster (e.g. Desktops/Printers/Servers). However we are happy to source this for you.
